SpaceX is considering merging with Tesla, with Tesla's stock surging over 4.84% in after-hours trading
BlockBeats News, January 30th, according to Bloomberg, SpaceX is considering a potential merger with Tesla, while also exploring a combination with the AI company xAI as an alternative. Any deal could attract significant interest from infrastructure funds and Middle Eastern sovereign wealth funds and may require large-scale financing. Sources said a final decision has not been made at this time, and details could change. Representatives for Musk, SpaceX, xAI, and Tesla did not immediately respond to requests for comment.
